Clocking in

Your crew starts and stops the clock on their phone, on the right site. Or, if you prefer, they fill in their hours on a simple form.

  • Start and stop per site. The planned site is already selected.
  • You choose how your company logs hours: the clock or a form.
  • Breaks follow your rules: paid, taken off automatically, or asked at clock-out.
  • No signal on site? The hours are kept on the phone and sent when it’s back.
  • A shift left open is closed at night, and the worker is told.
  • Each worker sees their own month and downloads their own PDF.

Approving hours

Every hour lands in one list at the office. You approve it, correct it or reject it, and every change is written down.

Planning Starter

Plan the week: who works on which site, day by day. The crew gets it on their phone, in their own language.

Invite your people by email and decide exactly what each one can see and do.

Sites and clients

Every site and every client in one place, linked together.

  • Each site gets its code automatically (001, 002…), with its address and notes.
  • Link clients to a site: who pays, who is the architect.
  • Clients can be private people or companies.
  • Type a VAT number: the name and address come from the European VAT register.
  • Each client’s language, so their documents are in French, Dutch or English.

Quotes

Build quotes from your own price list, with the right Belgian VAT, and send a clean PDF.

  • Your price list: materials and labour saved once, with unit, price and VAT.
  • Lines, section titles and free text.
  • 21% or 6% VAT. Kore checks the conditions for 6% on renovations.
  • Reverse charge between construction companies, and the small-business exemption.
  • Numbered for you: 2026-0001, or with your own prefix.
  • The PDF in French, Dutch or English, with the Belgian legal notices.
  • Follow each quote: draft, sent, accepted, refused. Copy an old one to start a new one.

Labour cost per site Pro

Hours times wages, per site: see what each site costs you in labour, month by month.

  • Per site, from the approved hours and each person’s hourly wage.
  • Only for the people you allow to see money.
  • It’s labour cost, not profit: materials and other costs aren’t in it.

Invoices Later

After launch: an accepted quote and the hours your crew worked become the invoice, with advances for your clients.
